Why is Social Media currently used as a promotional medium for selling? The answer is because Social Media is a medium that is able to reach a large number of users at various levels of segments and target markets and locations.
Businesses must first know what products to sell and who the target consumers are and engage with their followers so that they can improve business performance to reach a wider market.
For example, if you sell mid-range mobile phones at affordable prices, in the price range of Rp. 1-2 million, the target consumers are students and office staff whose positions are still ordinary staff.
