Whatever your position, whether you are a manager or a staff member, planning your work is a must.  One thing we must remember is that change is bound to happen all the time and we currently live in a world of uncertainty.  Especially since the outbreak of the corona virus pandemic (COVID-19) which caused the world economy to go into recession and millions of people around the world died.

 So making a plan becomes even more important and vital to anticipate things that will happen beyond our predictions.  Effective planning is something that is made based on valid facts and information.  The goal is to analyze what will happen in the future and what will be done in the future.  By creating a plan we must continue to learn and work hard and always try to see the future.

 We must have a strong calculation even if it is a little off, preparing emergency tools when something unexpected happens.  The point is a preparation before dealing with things that are not desirable or the popular language is to prepare an umbrella before it rains.

 A planner must have the ability to create visualizations or the ability to describe what will happen and what solutions must be made to deal with it.  Especially if you are currently serving as a manager the ability to make a plan is a must.  Because every manager should have it.  Planning is an important part of the management function.  Without a clear plan, the organization will run without direction.  In practice all large companies and small companies make plans to carry out management activities.  Large companies that have been around for fifty years always prioritize planning to face the future for business continuity and operations.  Because top managers think planning is important, including things about innovation.

Penggunaan Do You Know dan Did You Know

 "Do you know" dan "Did you know" memiliki perbedaan dalam penggunaan waktu dan maksud. 1. Do you know: digunakan untuk menanyakan apakah seseorang mengetahui sesuatu saat ini atau pada waktu sekarang. Contoh: Do you know where the nearest restaurant is? (Apakah kamu tahu di mana restoran terdekat sekarang?) 2.
